June 30, 2025End of accommodation campaign.
July 1, 2025The first day of accommodation of those who have been allocated a place in the campaign.
September 19, 2025The last day on which those accommodated in the campaign for the summer period and who do not have an allocated place for the 2025/2026 academic year must check out of the dormitory.
September 23-25, 2025Re-accommodate those who were accommodated in the campaign for the summer period and have an assigned place for the 2025/2026 academic year to the appropriate Dormitories/rooms.
  1. The campaign takes place through the https://esks.pw.edu.pl system.
  2. Only electronic applications that are properly completed and submitted on time will be considered in the campaign.
  3. Submission deadlines are specified in the schedule accommodation campaign for summer period – 2025.
  4. Priority for accommodation is given to those who have the status of a student or doctoral student of the Warsaw University of Technology.
  5. Priority will be given to those who are residents of the WUT dormitories at the time of application consideration.
  6. The basic criterion for the allocation of places is the order of applications.
  7. Payment terms:
    1. In the case of accommodation for a period of less than one month, payment in advance is obligatory, on the day of check-in.
    2. In the case of accommodation for at least one month, payment applies until the 15th of each month.
  8. The summer period accommodation is available from July 1 to September 19, 2025. Those who do not have an allocated place for the 2025/2026 academic year must check out of the dormitory no later than September 19, 2025.
  9. The amount of accommodation fees is determined by Decision No. 88/2025 of the Rector of Warsaw University of Technology dated May 12, 2025.
  10. As a condition for receiving a place in the accommodation campaign for the summer period – 2025 is the payment of all existing fees related to accommodation in the dormitory by June 16, 2025.
  11. The check-in process is based on a referral issued in the ESKS system.
  12. Referrals are valid for 3 working days from the start date of accommodation indicated in the referral.
  13. Persons accommodated in the dormitory as of June 30 who remain in the same room for the summer period must report to the dormitory administration by July 8 to be formally re-accommodated for the summer period.
  14. Persons accommodated in the dormitory as of June 30, who are assigned another room for the holiday period, must agree with the dormitory administration on the date of re-accommodation – no later than June 30, 2025.
  15. Persons who receive places in the ZDS for at least one month will have to pay a guarantee fee at the time of check-in or, if the quartermaster decides to do so, at the time prior to check-in indicated in the referral. The payment can be made to the account number indicated in the referral or by credit card at the administration of the dormitory where the place was received.
  16. The guarantee fee for the summer period (from July 1 to September 30, 2025) is:
    1. PLN 500.00 – for WUT students and doctoral students, as well as students and doctoral students from other universities with which Warsaw University of Technology has concluded agreements on accommodation in WUT dormitories,
    2. PLN 1,000.00 – for other persons.
  17. Certificates of allocation of places will be issued by the quartermasters only after the guarantee fee has been posted.
