Accommodation action “Summer semester 2024/2025” 

WUT Students’ Union announces that the accommodation action for the summer semester 2025 will begin on January 10, 2025. Applications can be submitted through the ESKS system until January 19, 2025.  

2 types of applications can be submitted in the Action:  

1. Application for reservation extension – Those already accommodated in WUT Student Dormitories and want to keep their reservation for the next semester. 

2. Application for place – For those who do not have current accommodation in the WUT Student Dormitories. 

After receiving a referral, to be accommodated, one must report to the administration of the respective Student Dormitory on a working day between 8:00 am and 3:00 pm. 

Referrals are issued to specific Student Dormitories: 

• For renewal requests – indicate the room number. 

• In the case of applications for a place, do so without indicating the room number. 

NOTE! 

• Once the application has been granted, 07.02.2025 is the deadline for confirming receipt of a place by crediting the reservation fee to the appropriate account indicated in the referral (applies to applications for a place). 

• Those who have received positive decisions on the EXTENSION of the reservation still in progress are exempt from paying the reservation fee. 

‼️ Supplementary Accomodation Action and means of contact ‼️

The Supplementary Accomodation Action will start on 13.09 at 15:00 using the Electronic Students Accommodation System.

As a reminder, information on the results of the accommodation action is now available in the ESKS system. In order to check this, you need to go to the submitted application and then see information on whether the application has been accepted or rejected

In addition, we would like to remind you that appeals should only be submitted via the ESKS system

Applications submitted in any other form will not be considered.

Attention Students The accommodation action for students admitted to the second degree courses will take place at the beginning of September. Exact information will appear shortly on https://sspw.pl/en/enkwaterunek/ .
