Hackathon – SSPW

ENHANCE Smart City Challenge

What? ENHANCE Smart City Challenge is 48 hours hackathon during which teams will work together to create solutions for smart city.
Who? Technical and economical students across the Europe (more info in Participants section).
Teams? You apply individually and we create 5-people teams to connect people from different countries and knowledge.
Why? We want to connect students from different fields and countries to work together.
When? 23.05.2024 arrival of international students and integration day => 24-26.05.2024 48h hackathon

Details

Before hackathon:

You prepare yourself to hackathon by learning about smart city and innovations;
We send you information about your teammates so you can get familiar with yourselves;
We do online stream 20.05 to describe everything and answer your questions.

During hackathon:

You work with your team to create new innovation and then you show it to all the participants;
We provide you: mentoring sessions (so you can ask questions about
your projects) and theme panels (so you get general idea about crucial
parts of making project);
We provide you good food and drinks, so you will get energy to think;
We provide you space to work and chill.

After hackathon:

Networking session and having fun!

Note! We will send additional information for accepted students via mail later.

Participants

We are looking for 100 young students who:

are eager to work in a team;
are creative and innovative;
are driven by smart city topics,
have knowledge in: programming, business, IoT, renewable energy, transport and much more!
